I will very openly admit to being a creature of habit. I am so much more content when I have a schedule that I can stick to and rely on. As a testament to this, I am a regular at the Pit circa 8:00 AM every morning. I walk in to grab a bagle, cream cheese, banana, and head out the door to Starbucks. Sounds pretty monotonous and boring except that there is one step in that cycle that starts my day...
